At Dad Gang, we want to ensure you are 100% satisfied with your gear; therefore, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items in their original condition. Please note that all items must be returned with original packaging and tags attached to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

  Choose Your Option

  Decide whether you would like to exchange your item for a different size or color, receive store credit, or get a full refund to your original payment method.

• 3.
  Print and Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label, securely pack your items in the original box if possible, and attach the label to the outside of the package.

• 4.
  Ship It Back

  Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
